Patchwork Architecture are a young architectural duo based in Wellington, New Zealand. Patchwork’s style pairs functional spaces with a utilitarian material palette.

Skipping any type of desktop design tools, we built a skeleton prototype containing just the content — copy and images. we wanted these two elements to work hard together, and act as the only graphical elements that informed the design — a functioning website where the form is largely dictated by the content.

This project was a fun experiment in creating a website through the lens of a different design discipline.
